We support any website, no matter what platform it was built on. Websites built with WordPress, CraftCMS are our preference, but whether we built your site or not, we’ll review your setup and let you know how we can help.

Yes. We’re happy to support sites built elsewhere, as long as the codebase is something we can work with. We’ll do a quick audit before we begin so we know what we’re dealing with and can support you confidently.

Absolutely. Our support packages cover day-to-day help, but if you need new features, design changes, or bigger development work, we can either include it as part of a flexible package or quote separately depending on the scope.

You can get in touch however works best—most of our clients use email, but we’re also happy to set up a Slack channel or Trello board for quick communication and task tracking. We’ll agree a workflow that fits how you like to work.
